At Apex Consultants (“Apex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use our services, including our website, online services, and any Apex Consultants mobile applications (including apps distributed on Google Play) (collectively, the “Services”).

Account Deletion & Data Deletion Instructions (Google Play App)
If you use an Apex Consultants mobile app distributed on Google Play that allows you to create an account, you can request deletion of your app account and data associated with that app account either in-app or via the web.
A. Delete your account in the app (where available)
Open the Apex Consultants app.
Go to Settings (or Profile / Account).
Select Delete Account (or Delete My Data) and follow the prompts.
Note: If your app version does not include an in-app deletion flow, you can still request deletion using the web method below.
B. Delete your account via the web (no app access required)
You may request deletion without reinstalling the app by contacting us:

Subject line: Account Deletion Request
Include in your message: (1) the email address or phone number used for the app account, and (2) the name on the account, so we can verify and locate it.
This web option is provided so users can request deletion even if they no longer have access to the app.
C. What we delete
When we delete an app account at your request, we will delete the user data associated with that app account from our active systems, subject to the “What we may retain” section below.
If we used service providers to process data on our behalf, we will delete data from our systems and request deletion by those service providers as applicable.
D. What we may retain
In some cases, we may need to retain certain information for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance with legal/regulatory obligations. If retention is required, we will limit what we keep to what is necessary and retain it only as long as required for those purposes.
E. Timing and verification
We will take reasonable steps to verify that the request is made by the account holder and will complete deletion requests within a reasonable period of time, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for the purposes described above.
F. Deleting specific data (without deleting the account)
If you want to request deletion of specific data (for example, certain profile details or support conversations) without deleting your account, you may email info@apexconsultantsglobal.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and describe what you want deleted.
